Refund policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges unless an item is damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange (if item is in stock).
Damaged items are eligible for refunds and exchanges only within 2 days of customer receiving the order. Delays in notifying CAIA’s team of damaged item(s) may risk rendering them ineligible for refund.
For international orders, tax fees for shipping must be paid by customer upon arrival for DHL, these tax fees are not included with the prior shipping fees paid to us. If customer fails to pay tax fees, the order will be sent back to Kuwait. In this case, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
